Monday Night Recovery RideBack by popular demand is the Monday Night Recovery Ride.
We will be using the same route as the past two years. The ride focus, however, is still to serve as a recovery ride from a long weekend of training. As has been the case in the past, the ride will be a no-drop, stop at the top. Ride will muster at 5:30 pm in the parking lot immediately behind Lutherville Bikes and get going after some brief introductions and ground rules. Average pace for the ride will be 16 miles per hour in the beginning of the season and climb to upwards of 17 mph at the end.
